Pork in Chipolte Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Pork Tenderloin
1 Small Onion
1 Chipolte in Adobe Sauce
1 Envelope Sazon con Culantro Y Achiote (Goya)
1 Teaspoon Tomato Paste
1/2 Pint Whipping Cream
Broth to Taste
Thicken with Cornstarch
Sprinkle with Cilantro
Directions:
1 Pound of Pork roasted in over for 2-3 hours until it disintegrates. Add juice of an orange and 1/2 lime during roasting. Add 1 envelope of seasoning, salt and beef broth to taste. You can add 1 chopped hot paper. Wrap in flour tortillas and serve with avocado or guacamole.
